Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to an isolation device. The isolation device comprises a bearing table, a fence piece, a first moving mechanism and a second moving mechanism. The enclosure piece is provided with a containing cavity used for containing a to-be-isolated object and a first opening communicated with the containing cavity, and the first opening is located at the bottom of the enclosure piece. The first moving mechanism is arranged on the bearing table, and the second moving mechanism is connected with the first moving mechanism and the fence piece. The first moving mechanism is configured to be capable of driving the second moving mechanism and the enclosure piece to move relative to the bearing table in the first direction, and the second moving mechanism is configured to be capable of driving the enclosure piece to move relative to the first moving mechanism in the second direction.
