According to the invention, a continuous fixed bed process is adopted, adiponitrile is taken as a raw material, and 1-amino-2-cyanocyclopentene is obtained through cyclization reaction under the action of a bis (trimethylsilyl) amino cesium modified acidic molecular sieve loaded amphoteric metal oxide catalyst. The conversion rate of adiponitrile reaches up to 100%, the selectivity of 1-amino-2-cyano cyclopentene reaches up to 98% or above, the catalyst can continuously operate for 1000 h or above, and the catalyst has the advantages of being high in activity and selectivity and good in stability and has a very good industrial prospect.
