Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to the field of microbial fertilizers, in particular to a production method of a microbial fertilizer comprehensive in nutrition and rich in humus. The production method comprises the following steps: S1, placing stems and leaves of fresh plants on a fertilizer production device in a crossed manner, and spreading a layer of fresh plants; s2, a microbial solution is sprayed on a layer of fresh plants which are placed in a crossed mode; s3, placing the next layer of fresh plants on the upper side of the first layer of fresh plants again; s4, flattening the two layers of fresh plants together to form a cake shape; and S5, burying the cake-shaped plants in soil for natural fermentation. The fresh plants are soybean stems and leaves. The soil is black soil. The fertilizer production device comprises a tray and convex columns, and a plurality of convex columns are uniformly distributed on the upper side of the tray. The method has the beneficial effect that the microbial fertilizer can be prep
