The invention provides a pharmaceutical composition containing nemategravir. The pharmaceutical composition can be prepared into nemategravir tablets. The pharmaceutical composition provided by the invention comprises drug-containing particles and extra-particle components, the medicine-containing particles comprise one or more of nemategravir, a filling agent, a disintegrating agent, a flow aid and an in-particle lubricant; and the extra-particle component comprises an extra-particle lubricant. The invention also provides a preparation method of the pharmaceutical composition.
