Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a time-frequency electromagnetic response simulation method for a vector dipole source in a horizontal layered earth medium, and the method comprises the steps: building a propagation coefficient matrix of a vector potential function caused by universal electric and magnetic dipole sources in a rectangular coordinate system, and carrying out the recursion solving to obtain an electromagnetic field component of an earth surface; respectively calculating electromagnetic fields of the horizontal dipole source and the vertical dipole source, and synthesizing to obtain electromagnetic field response of any vector dipole source; the method can be used for an electric type dipole source and a magnetic type dipole source in any direction in the horizontal layered ground; and after the amplitude function of the dipole source in the uniform full-space potential function is obtained, calculation is carried out, so that the time-frequency electromagnetic response of the dipole source in the horizo
