The invention relates to an on-line derivatization detection method of plasma amino acid, which comprises the following steps: pre-treating a to-be-detected plasma sample added with an amino acid internal standard solution to obtain a pre-treated test solution; and detecting the amino acid in the pretreatment test solution by adopting a pre-column online derivatization high performance liquid chromatography.
