The variety, the number, the abundance and the phenotype of the intestinal flora of pelteobagrus fulvidraco after rice harvesting in different stages in a rice-fish symbiosis mode and in a pond culture mode are detected respectively. Through detection, the rice-fish symbiotic breeding method can adjust the diversity of florae in the intestinal tract of the pelteobagrus fulvidraco, the species of dominant bacteria in the intestinal tract of the pelteobagrus fulvidraco and the phenotype of the florae in the intestinal tract of the pelteobagrus fulvidraco at different stages, and meanwhile, the rice-fish symbiotic breeding method can reduce the potential pathogenicity of the pelteobagrus fulvidraco. 本发明公开了稻鱼共生在调整黄颡鱼肠道菌群中的应用,分别检测了稻鱼共生模式下的不同阶段以及池塘养殖模式下水稻收割后的黄颡鱼肠道菌群的种类、数量、丰度以及表型。经检测,稻鱼共生的养殖方法在其不同阶段能够调节黄颡鱼肠道内菌群的多样性、黄颡鱼肠道内优势菌种类与黄颡鱼肠道菌群表型,同时,稻鱼共生的养殖方法能够降低黄颡鱼的潜在致病性。
