Zusammenfassung:A method for recycling a waste multiphase flexible copper-clad plate by a subcritical technology comprises the following steps: (1) pre-treating the waste flexible copper-clad plate, weighing, putting into a reaction kettle, and spraying a catalyst solution into the reaction kettle; (2) heating the reaction kettle, and introducing inert gas to discharge oxygen in the reaction kettle; (3) adding an alcohol/water solution into the reaction kettle, heating until the alcohol/water solution is in a subcritical state, keeping subcritical constant temperature and constant pressure for 30-60 minutes, then turning off a power supply, and cooling to 40-80 DEG C; (4) washing the solid product in the reaction kettle with a solvent, separating out the copper foil and the polyimide film, and recycling the oily liquid after fractionation; according to the method, the copper foil and the polyimide film are completely recycled, the middle-layer resin binder is decomposed by the subcritical fluid to obtain an oily product, the
