Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a tacrolimus nano-liposome ophthalmic preparation with biological adhesion and a preparation method thereof, the tacrolimus nano-liposome ophthalmic preparation is prepared from tacrolimus nano-liposome and biological adhesion gel, the tacrolimus nano-liposome is prepared by adopting a microfluidic injection method, and the biological adhesion gel is prepared by adopting a biological adhesion material. The tacrolimus injection comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 0.05%-2% of tacrolimus, 1%-6% of phospholipid, 0.1%-0.75% of cholesterol, 0.2%-1.6% of an emulsifier, 3%-14% of a bioadhesive material, 0.01% of a preservative, a pH regulator for regulating the pH of the preparation to 6.0-8.0, and the balance of water for injection.
