Zusammenfassung:The frozen meat unfreezing method comprises the following steps: performing ohmic heating on frozen meat between the electrode plates in pairs in conductive unfreezing liquid, each electrode plate being not in contact with the frozen meat in the heating and unfreezing process, and filling a gap between the electrode plates and the frozen meat with the unfreezing liquid serving as a conductive medium, in the heating and thawing process, along with local thawing of the frozen meat, the electric field intensity between the electrode plates is gradually reduced so as to maintain a preset thawing power range.
