The invention discloses a wireless terminal networking method and device based on household multi-WIFI. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring a pre-stored traffic use rule of a plurality of wireless terminals and a traffic upper limit of each WIFI which can be connected to the position where the plurality of wireless terminals are located; determining priorities of the plurality of wireless terminals according to the labels of the plurality of wireless terminals; allocating the plurality of wireless terminals to proper WIFI according to the priorities of the plurality of wireless terminals, the traffic use rule and the traffic upper limit of each WIFI which can be connected to the position where the wireless terminal is located; and if the current total flow demand of the wireless terminal connected to one WIFI is greater than the flow upper limit of the WIFI, switching at least one wireless terminal connected to the WIFI to other WIFI for connection according to the priority and the flow demand
