Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides an intelligent power distribution network energy management optimization method based on a dynamic particle swarm algorithm, and the method comprises the steps: building an intelligent power distribution network small mathematical model which comprises a distributed power supply, an energy storage system and an electric vehicle, and obtaining the related constraints of an adjustable load, the electric vehicle and energy storage; determining a demand response mechanism and an energy management strategy, and obtaining a user power constraint and a real-time power utilization adjustment strategy; establishing a multi-time-scale intra-day electricity utilization cost and power grid power fluctuation minimum model; and performing energy optimization by using a dynamic particle swarm algorithm by taking the minimum power consumption cost and the minimum power fluctuation as targets.
