The method comprises the following steps: acquiring a three-dimensional model of a fuel assembly with a grillage rod bundle; performing numerical analysis on the three-dimensional model of the fuel assembly by adopting a CFD analysis method to obtain a CFD-based cold and hot channel temperature difference result; a sub-channel analysis method is adopted, modeling calculation is conducted under the same disclosure, and a sub-channel-based cold and hot channel temperature difference result is obtained; and comparing the CFD-based cold and hot channel temperature difference result with the sub-channel-based cold and hot channel temperature difference result, and determining the mixing coefficient under the current working condition.
