The micro-fluidic chip comprises a sample inlet, a sample outlet and a flow channel located in the micro-fluidic chip, wherein the flow channel comprises a first straight flow channel, a second straight flow channel and a bent flow channel which is located between the first straight flow channel and the second straight flow channel and is bent for multiple times. The first straight flow channel is connected with the sample inlet, the second straight flow channel is connected with the sample outlet, the first straight flow channel and the second straight flow channel have gradually-changed widths, and the farther the first straight flow channel is away from the bent flow channel, the wider the second straight flow channel is.
