Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a wheel rim and rim measuring instrument which comprises a rack, a first measuring frame, a second measuring frame and a third measuring frame. The machine frame comprises a first machine frame and a second machine frame which are perpendicular to each other, the machine frame is provided with a first positioning part used for abutting against the side wall of a wheel and a second positioning part used for abutting against the tread of the wheel, the second measuring frame is provided with a first limiting part, and the third measuring frame is connected to the second measuring frame in a sliding mode and provided with a second rim contact.
