Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a pumped storage system taking a waste mine as a pumped storage container, the system comprises an underground upper reservoir, a diversion tunnel, a hydropower station, a tailrace tunnel and a lower reservoir, the underground upper reservoir is connected with a flood drainage network of a city and a flood drainage pipeline of a river, and the underground upper reservoir is connected with an underground aquifer through an underground water supplement device; the underground upper reservoir is located at the vertical shaft position of the original coal mine; the hydropower station is located at the position of an underground mine hole, and the lower reservoir is located in a goaf of the abandoned coal mine and connected with the ventilation shaft. The hydropower station is provided with a traffic well connected with the ground; the underground upper reservoir is communicated with the hydropower station through a water diversion tunnel, and the hydropower station is communicated with th
