Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a powder coating composition for producing a dielectric coating. The powder coating composition includes: (a) an epoxy functional polymer; (b) a polycarboxylic acid functional polyester polymer which is reactive with the epoxy functional polymer and which has an acid number of less than 100 mg KOH/g; and (c) a polycarboxylic acid functional (meth) acrylate polymer that is reactive with the epoxy functional polymer.
