Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides silver-nucleoside five-membered ring complex supramolecular hydrogel and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the field of organic chemistry. The supramolecular hydrogel comprises a five-membered supramolecular macrocyclic structure as shown in a formula I in the specification. According to the invention, silver ions can be complexed with guanosine or a mixture of cytidine and guanosine to form supramolecular hydrogel, and research finds that the hydrogel has a pentamer structure. Compared with a tetramer structure, the pentamer structure has very good mechanical stability and thermal stability. Due to the special structure and good mechanical stability and thermal stability, the supramolecular hydrogel can be used as a novel supramolecular organic framework material and is expected to be widely applied to the fields of artificial channels, drug delivery systems, porous materials, wrapping materials or catalytic synthesis and the like.
