The electroplating or electronic rinsing water has the characteristics of large water volume, low salinity and COD content, low hardness, high recovery value and the like, contains various heavy metal ions such as copper ions or nickel ions and the like, so that the heavy metal can be recovered through the technology, the reuse rate of the water is improved, the efficient recycling of the electroplating or electronic rinsing water is realized, and the environmental pollution is reduced.
