Zusammenfassung:An information processing system (30) is provided with: an acquisition unit (55) that acquires request information for requesting presence/absence-related information indicating the presence/absence of a user in a building (80); and an output unit (58) that, on the basis of the acquired request information, outputs presence/absence-related information specified by the identification information included in the request information. 信息处理系统(30)包括：获取部(55)，其获取用于请求表示在建筑物(80)中用户存在与否的存在与否关联信息的请求信息；以及输出部(58)，其根据所获取到的请求信息，来输出通过该请求信息中包含的识别信息确定的存在与否关联信息。
