The method comprises the following steps: acquiring the types of elements contained in filling minerals in a target reservoir and the content of each element; pre-judging at least one mineral type contained in the filling mineral according to the element types and the content of each element in combination with the morphological characteristics of the filling mineral; and performing internal structure component phase analysis on each type of filling mineral, and determining the diagenesis evolution process of the type of filling mineral according to an analysis result.
