Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a display panel, a manufacturing method thereof and a display device, and relates to the technical field of display. The display panel comprises a first substrate, a second substrate and a rubber frame, wherein a liquid crystal containing area is defined by the rubber frame; the display panel further comprises a first hydrophobic layer which is located on the side, close to the second substrate, of the first substrate and located on the periphery of the rubber frame.
