The invention relates to a temperature adjusting system and a kitchen and bath air conditioner. The temperature adjusting system comprises a compressor, a four-way reversing valve, a first fan, a first heat exchanger, a throttling device, a second heat exchanger, a third heat exchanger, a second fan and a pump. The first fan is arranged on one side of the first heat exchanger; an outlet of the third heat exchanger is connected with an outlet pipeline, a pump is arranged on the outlet pipeline, and an inlet of the third heat exchanger is connected with an inlet pipeline. The second fan is arranged on one side of the third heat exchanger; the other end of the outlet pipeline is connected with a first port of the second heat exchanger, and the other end of the inlet pipeline is connected with a second port of the second heat exchanger; or the outlet pipeline and the inlet pipeline are communicated with each other, and at least part of the outlet pipeline and/or the inlet pipeline are/is in heat conduction contac
