An NCC3421 strain is adopted, a shake flask seed culture solution, a first-stage tank seed solution, a fermentation culture medium formula, process parameters and the like are specially designed, and particularly fish meal, corn steep liquor and other high-phosphorus organic nitrogen sources are added in a shake flask seed culture medium, so that the spore germination time is shortened, the hypha breeding activity in a seed bottle is effectively improved, and the yield of the hypha is increased. The fermentation level of the strain is efficiently expressed, and the subsequent industrial amplification link is realized by adopting a reasonable operable inoculum size inoculation technology.
