The nano ceramic reinforced particles are titanium boride, the particle diameter is 50-500nm, the volume content of the nano ceramic reinforced particles is 1-10%, and the thickness of the epoxy resin layer is 1-1.5 mm. The strength of the box body is enhanced by utilizing the strengthening effect of the nano ceramic particles, meanwhile, the hard ceramic phase is added, the wear resistance of the shell plate is improved, the weight of the shell is reduced, and the epoxy resin layer is sprayed, so that the electric power installation tool material box has the insulating performance and the waterproof and anti-corrosion performance, and the safety performance of the electric power installation tool material box is improved.
