The method comprises the following steps: preparing required reagents, materials, instruments and equipment according to the national standard GB/T11261-2006; processing and polishing the sample according to the national standard, cutting off the end part by using a wire cutter or a shearing machine, and shearing off the sample with the mass of 0.1000-0.2000 g; sequentially cleaning for 3-7 minutes by using carbon tetrachloride or diethyl ether and acetone in an ultrasonic cleaner, drying by using hot air, and putting into a dryer for later use; a steel certified standard substance marked with the oxygen content is used for checking before analysis, the standard oxygen content of a used material object is larger than the oxygen content of an analyzed sample, the range value among three correction values is smaller than a repetitive value, and otherwise, correction should be conducted ag |
