The invention provides an electronic control method of a throttle valve and an electronic control throttle valve device. A method for electronically controlling a throttle valve in an electronically controlled throttle valve device (1A) in which a control signal is generated by an electronic control unit (10A) on the basis of an input data signal and opening and closing control of a throttle valve (2) is performed at the same time, the electronic control unit (10A) calculates an engine rotational speed deviation from the difference between the calculated engine rotational speed and the input engine rotational speed command, calculates an engine rotational acceleration on the basis of the engine rotational speed, and obtains a proportional torque from the product of the engine rotational speed deviation and a coefficient. A value obtained by subtracting the product of the engine rotational acceleration and the coefficient from the product of the engine rotational speed deviation and the coefficient is integrat
