Zusammenfassung: | According to the engine body integrated with the pre-separation respirator, the engine and the diesel engine, the transverse trusses are connected with the longitudinal trusses, and the truss engine body horizontal casting process is improved; the longitudinal truss is used as a gas taking channel of the oil-gas separator, and meanwhile the transverse truss is used as a capacity increasing type pre-separator of the oil-gas separator. Due to the use of the transverse truss, the situation that the longitudinally-arranged truss is connected to a large cylinder core, return oil directly enters a crankcase, and the position is too high, and crankshaft oil stirring is caused is avoided; an impact type pre-separation mechanism is arranged at the top of the truss, and the oil-gas separation capacity is improved.
本发明提出了一种集成预分离呼吸器的机体及发动机、柴油机,利用横向桁架连接纵向桁架,提高桁架机体卧浇工艺;利用纵向桁架作为油气分离器取气通道的同时,利用横向桁架作为油气分离器的增容式预分离器;横向桁架的使用,避免了纵置桁架连接到大缸芯,造成回油直接进入曲轴箱位置偏高导致的曲轴搅油;本发明同时在桁架顶部设置撞击式预分离机构,增加油气分离能力。 |
