Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a novel gate and culvert interchange integrated structure which comprises a water gate head and a ground culvert head, the water gate head is located above the ground culvert head, the bottom of the water gate head is the top of a ground culvert, the upstream and downstream of the water gate head are communicated with a river channel, and gate holes in the water gate head are each provided with a service gate, a water gate access door and a water gate access door groove.
