Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a preparation method of a titanium-manganese alloy coating. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) plating a layer of metal Mn on a metal Ti sheet of which the surface is subjected to etching treatment; and (2) the titanium sheet with the surface plated with the metal Mn coating is subjected to high-temperature annealing treatment, and the titanium-manganese coating material is obtained. The titanium-manganese alloy coating provided by the invention is subjected to vacuum, Ar, N2 or NH3 atmosphere annealing treatment, and Mn permeates into the surface of metal titanium in a solid-phase dispersion manner under the action of high temperature, so that titanium and manganese are combined very tightly, and the prepared titanium-manganese coating has very high strength and better adhesive force with a substrate; the whole preparation process is in an oxygen isolation state, and the prepared titanium-manganese alloy coating is high in purity.
