Zusammenfassung:	The invention belongs to the field of devices for replacing large tires, and particularly relates to a portable foldable tire lifting device which comprises a main frame, a lifting frame, a pedal oil cylinder, a rotating trundle frame, a trundle and two rotatable tire supporting rods, the pedal oil cylinder is installed on the main frame, the lifting frame is connected with the output end of the pedal oil cylinder, and the rotating trundle frame is installed on the main frame. The output end of the pedal oil cylinder drives the lifting frame to ascend and descend, the rotating trundle frame is connected with the lower portion of the main frame in a sleeved mode, and the trundles are installed on the lower surface of the main frame and the rotating trundle frame respectively.
