The invention provides a display device for a vehicle. The display device can remind a driver to pay attention to surrounding conditions in the driving process of the vehicle. A vehicle display device (3A, 3B) is provided with: a housing (31A, 31B) disposed in the vehicle width direction on an instrument panel (2) in front of a driver of a vehicle (1); and light source units (32A, 32B) that are disposed within the housings (31A, 31B) and that are always turned on in a specific display mode when the vehicle (1) is traveling at a speed equal to or greater than a specific speed.
