Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to the technical field of biology, and provides application of fucoidin in preparation of a composition for treating hyperactivity, and a preparation method of the fucoidin comprises the following steps: S1, adding a compound enzyme and calcium methanesulfonate into a kelp soaking solution for enzymolysis; s2, enzyme deactivation; s3, adding the enzymatic hydrolysate into an ethanol solution, fully stirring, and centrifuging; and S4, discarding the supernate, adding diluted hydrochloric acid to prepare a solution, performing ultrafiltration, and drying to obtain the micromolecular fucoidin. By means of the technical scheme, the problem that in the prior art, fucoidin has a technical blank in the field of treating hyperactivity is solved. 本发明涉及生物技术领域,提出了岩藻多糖在制备治疗多动症的组合物中的应用,其中岩藻多糖的制备方法包括以下步骤:S1、在海带浸泡液中加入复合酶、甲基磺酸钙进行酶解;S2、灭酶;S3、将酶解液加入乙醇溶液中充分搅拌后离心;S4、弃上清液后加入稀盐酸制备成溶液进行超滤,干燥得到小分子岩藻多糖。通过上述技术方案,解决了现有技术中的岩藻多糖在治疗多动症的领域中技术空白的问题。
