The method comprises the following steps: obtaining a time-frequency distribution diagram of a frequency hopping signal from signal IQ data through a phase difference method; obtaining a frequency hopping pattern and a frequency hopping period of the frequency hopping signal through mathematical statistics according to the time-frequency distribution diagram of the frequency hopping signal; and finally determining a frequency parameter, a power parameter, a phase deviation and a frequency deviation of the frequency hopping signal.
