The cooling module is arranged in the cavity in an extending mode, faces the hot plate, is used for cooling the hot plate and comprises a nozzle piece, a shell piece and a discharge channel. The nozzle piece faces the hot plate and is used for spraying a working fluid to the hot plate. The housing member surrounds the nozzle member, and the nozzle member is disposed in the housing member. The shell piece is provided with a containing groove surrounding the nozzle piece. The discharging channel is connected with the shell piece and communicated with the containing groove.
