Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a preparation method and application of a zinc ion hybrid supercapacitor positive electrode material CZIF-67-CNTs, ZIF-67 is a zeolite imidazate skeleton structure material, has a loose and porous structure, and has a large specific surface area and excellent electrochemical performance. The prepared CZIF-67 is mixed with carbon nanotubes (CNTs), and the mixture can be directly used as the positive electrode of the zinc ion hybrid supercapacitor through a simple vacuum filtration process. When the material is applied to a zinc ion hybrid supercapacitor, the excellent specific capacitance of 103.3 F g is provided under the current density of 0.2 A g , and the energy density reaches up to 150 Wh kg when the power density is 32.3 W kg . The positive electrode material provided by the invention also has better cycle performance, and the capacitance retention rate is as high as 74% after 20000 charge-discharge cycles.
