The conductive silver paste comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 60-85 parts of conductive silver powder, 2-5 parts of glass powder, 1-3 parts of calcium titanate, 2-5 parts of ethyl cellulose, 0.1-0.5 part of PVB and 12-20 parts of butyl acetate. The conductive silver powder is formed by mixing silver powder A and silver powder B, the particle size of the silver powder A is 0.1-0.5 [mu] m, and D50 is smaller than or equal to 0.3 [mu] m; the particle size of the silver powder B is 1.0-2.0 [mu] m, and D50 is less than or equal to 1.6 [mu] m; and the mass ratio of the silver powder A to the silver powder B is (2-3): 10.
