Zusammenfassung: | The invention belongs to the technical field of biomedicine, and discloses a construction method and application of a drug-target protein-schizophrenia interaction network. According to the invention, a drug-target protein-disease interaction network is constructed, candidate genes of schizophrenia are collected, and a multi-dimensional interaction group is used for screening out a new drug which can be used for relieving and even treating schizophrenia from the drug-target protein-disease interaction network. The construction method of the drug-target protein-schizophrenia interaction network provides a basis for relocation of schizophrenia-related prevention or treatment drugs and detection of new clinical application of existing drugs by the constructed interaction network. The medicine development process can be accelerated, and manpower and financial resources are greatly saved.
