Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to the field of correction of FPD manipulator glass carrying, in particular to a sensor-based FPD manipulator dynamic glass correction method, which can be used in a system for carrying glass by a manipulator in a production line in the flat panel display industry. According to the method, a photoelectric sensor and a laser micrometer sensor are installed on a mechanical arm, glass data detected by the sensors are compared with calibrated glass data in the glass taking and placing process of the mechanical arm, and the glass offset condition is calculated. And according to the calculated glass offset data, the manipulator is controlled to compensate the deviations, so that the deviation of the glass is dynamically corrected in the process of taking and placing the glass by the manipulator. According to the method, an additional deviation correction auxiliary device is not needed, deviation compensation is carried out while the mechanical arm is controlled to take and place the glass, dev
