Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides an intelligent monitoring, analyzing and evaluating method and system device for the blade health degree of an axial flow fan and application, and the intelligent monitoring, analyzing and evaluating method for the blade health degree of the axial flow fan comprises the steps that (1) a vibration sensor is installed on a corresponding air duct of a blade of the movable blade adjustable axial flow fan, and parameters of the vibration sensor are set; (2) collecting detection data of a blade sensor and state data of the movable blade adjustable axial flow fan; (3) acquiring operation states of the blade under different working conditions; (4) the abrasion condition, the deformation condition and the missing condition of the blade under the stable working condition are analyzed; and (5) analyzing the residual abrasion loss of the blade, estimating the residual abrasion life of the blade, and providing a maintenance strategy.
