Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a high-strength conductive high-temperature softening resistant Cu-Ni-Si alloy and a preparation method thereof, the alloy comprises the following components: 2.1-3.2% of Ni, 0.5-0.8% of Si, 0.02-0.1% of Mg, 0-0.2% of M, 0-0.08% of N, and the balance of Cu and inevitable impurities, M is at least one of Fe or Zn, and N is at least one of Ti or P. The invention further discloses a preparation method of the high-strength conductive high-temperature softening resistant Cu-Ni-Si alloy. The Cu-Ni-Si series alloy strip is prepared through component design, preparation process optimization and precise structure regulation and control, the yield strength of the strip is 775-842 MPa, the tensile strength of the strip is 792-873 MPa, the microhardness of the strip is 213-247 HV, the electric conductivity of the strip is 46.0-54.2% IACS, and the softening temperature of the strip is 518-555 DEG C. The invention provides a new idea for the development of a high-performance Cu-Ni-Si alloy material. |
