Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a thin-walled workpiece induction quenching system. The thin-walled workpiece induction quenching system comprises an inductor and a cooling device, the inductor comprises a first induction part and a second induction part which are used for heating the upper end face and the lower end face of the thin-wall part correspondingly. The cooling device comprises a first spraying part and a second spraying part which are used for spraying quenching liquid to the upper end face and the lower end face of the thin-wall part correspondingly. The area of a liquid inlet of the second spraying part is larger than that of a liquid inlet of the first spraying part. The invention further provides a thin-wall part machining method. The thin-wall part machining method comprises the steps that the thin-wall part and a part coaxially matched with the thin-wall part are subjected to combined forging; and simultaneously carrying out induction quenching on the upper and lower end faces of the thin-wall part. |
