The sequence of the nucleic acid aptamer is 5 '-ATCGTCTGCTCCGTCCAATA-(N) 45-TTTGGTGTGAGGTCGTGC-3', and the nucleic acid aptamer can be specifically combined with the FPV-VP2 protein. Wherein the sequence of the (N) 45 is any one of SEQ ID NO: 1-4.
