The invention is suitable for the technical field of text recognition, and provides a vocabulary matching method and device and a computer readable storage medium, and the method comprises the steps: matching a suspected vocabulary which is the same as a target vocabulary in a to-be-matched text; based on the context position of the suspected vocabulary in the to-be-matched text, acquiring a first preset number of first text contents in front of the suspected vocabulary, and acquiring a second preset number of second text contents behind the suspected vocabulary; performing word segmentation processing on a combined text formed by the first text content, the suspected vocabularies and the second text content to obtain a plurality of segmented vocabularies; and if the word segmentation vocabularies which are the same as the target vocabulary exist in the plurality of word segmentation vocabularies, determining that the suspected vocabularies are the target vocabularies. The matching process is based on the con
