The system comprises a battery testing device, an infrared thermal imaging detection device, a temperature protection device and an alarm device, and the devices can perform mutual feedback to obtain a surface temperature distribution image of the lithium ion battery in the charging and discharging process, so that the surface temperature data of the lithium ion battery is obtained through analysis. And alarm and protection control are carried out when the surface temperature exceeds the highest use temperature.
