Zusammenfassung:The invention aims to provide a universal frequency domain measurement method for a repetition frequency change or frequency hopping pulse signal radiation field, and relates to the field of radio frequency radiation field electric field measurement. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, defining a measurement sample signal, determining a measurement parameter, setting a frequency spectrum measurement device, measuring a radiation field signal, and reading a power reading stable value; secondly, the concept of normalized energy spectrum density and an equivalent average voltage factor is put forward for the first time, specific characterization is conducted on a power measurement result under root-mean-square value detection or peak value detection and repetition frequency change or frequency hopping pulse signal peak value power, and a peak value field intensity correction coefficient is determined; and finally, the radiation field intensity is obtained according to the power reading and the pea
