The invention relates to the field of valve performance testing, in particular to a welding type low-temperature valve testing device which comprises a blind plate, an inner wall inflation sealing ring and an outer wall sealing ring. A valve port annular groove is formed in one end face of the blind plate, and the inner wall inflation sealing ring and the outer wall sealing ring are arranged in the different sealing ring annular grooves respectively. The valve port annular groove is matched with a valve port of a tested valve, and the blind plate is provided with an inflation hole communicated with the inner wall inflation sealing ring and the tested valve.
