Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a cefuroxime axetil gas phase extraction drying method which comprises the following steps: amorphous cefuroxime axetil hollow spherical powder particles are transferred into a double-cone dryer, the volume of the powder is 30%-60% of the volume of the double-cone dryer, the internal humidity of the double-cone dryer is maintained to be 50%-80%, and rotation is performed for 45-90 min at the speed of 6-10 r/min; then, drying is conducted for 150-240 min under the vacuum pressure of-0.098 MPa or above, and the drying temperature ranges from 40 DEG C to 50 DEG C. Before vacuum drying, materials in the dryer are maintained in a specific humidity range and rotate at a specific rotating speed for a specific time, so that the humidity in the double cones is uniform and stable.
