The fluorescent probe is characterized in that the 5'end of an S1 aptamer nucleic acid sequence is provided with a polyA tail and is marked with a fluorophore, and the S1 aptamer nucleic acid sequence is complementary with a complementary chain S1-CP part of which the 3 'end is marked with a fluorescence quenching group to form a double-chain structure; the multivalent activatable aptamer probe can be constructed by mixing and reacting the long DNA connecting bracket with S1-polyA and S1-CP.
