Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses an automatic repair coating which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 60-70 parts of polyester resin; 10 to 20 parts of epoxy resin; 10-20 parts of superfine light calcium carbonate powder; 2-8 parts of barium sulfate; 1-5 parts of formaldehyde-removing activated carbon; 1-5 parts of a nano preservative; 5-10 parts of zinc powder and 1-2 parts of methyl cellulose; 1-3 parts of ethyl cellulose; 0.5 to 1 part of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose; 0.2 to 0.8 part of a leveling agent; the self-repairing functional additive is a micron-sized composite microsphere with a shell made of silicon dioxide, a corrosion inhibitor accounting for 15-20% of the mass of the microsphere is loaded in the shell, and the corrosion inhibitor is benzotriazole. The self-repairing anti-corrosion capability is achieved.
